She was born in Tokat. After graduating İzmir Bornova Anatolian High School, she received her undergraduate degree in Sociology and International Relations Department from Bilgi University with full scholarship. In 2010, she attended to Sarajevo Talent Campus. She directed a short film called “Cacophony” and a documentary called “The Children of Müslüm Baba”. In 2014, she worked in the film, “Why I Can’t be Tarkovsky” as production coordinator and actor. Her feature length film “Debt” participated in many national and international festival and received “Golden Tulip for Best Film” in Istanbul International Film Festival, “Best Editing” and “Best Actress” in Bosphorus Film Festival, and “Best First Film” in Malatya Film Festival.
